Each one is selected by our whisky makers for the rarity of its character.
Always natural colour and non-chill filtered.

This 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon wine cask finish is limited to just 1002 bottles.

Matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and a two-year finish in Cabernet Sauvignon barriques from one of world’s most treasured Médoc wine-growing estates, with an ABV of 51.3% ABV, and notes of tropical fruits and exotic spices

Limited to 252 bottles, this 2007 Loire Valley Wine cask finish was matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and finished in hand-selected casks from Bouvet Ladubay, one of the Loire valley’s oldest and most esteemed sparkling wine producers.

With an ABV of 46.8%, this enticingly complex expression enjoys finishing notes of Tahitian vanilla, luscious caramel, and soft baking spices.

The pinnacle of the collection is our 1997 Colheita Tawny Port cask finish, limited to just 49 bottles. Matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and finished for four years in Colheita 1997 casks from our long standing partners - Grahams Port.

With an ABV of 48.2% and notes of star fruit, liquorice, dark cacao, and rounded all-spice, our whisky makers celebrate its deepened beauty.
