Working in partnership with the world’s most revered bodegas and wineries, our Master Whisky Makers have secured exclusive access to some of the rarest and most distinguished casks in existence.

Our Sherry casks are sourced from Gonzalez Byass, a bodega we have partnered with for more than a century; while our extremely rare and exclusive Port pipes are hand-selected from our exclusive partner, Graham’s Port, and red wine barriques are chosen from esteemed estates and wineries across the USA and Europe.

These casks become the canvas to our whisky makers’ artistry. Used for finishing, they layer new flavour notes, enhancing The Dalmore’s signature house style of chocolate, orange and spice – resulting in a spirit of unparalleled depth and complexity.
