The Campanile Di San Marco, named after the iconic bell tower that graces St. Mark’s Square, is a sophisticated cocktail that embodies refinement, complexity, and the enduring spirit of the Luminary Series.
Brought to life under the careful craftsmanship of Thibault Méquignon, Chef de Bar at the Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, the cocktail was first unveiled in Venice ahead of The Biennale of Architecture at our global launch of Luminary No.3 – 2025 Edition.
This masterclass of balance, is a reflection of our latest release in the Luminary Series where technical precision and creative flair meet. It is available to taste exclusively at George V Paris in June 2025.

Ingredients
50 ml of The Dalmore 15
25 ml of verjus
20 ml of cranberry juice
15 ml of whey syrup
Two dashes of absinthe
Soda water
Method
Combine The Dalmore 15, verjus, cranberry juice, whey syrup, and absinthe in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to blend the ingredients, then strain the mixture into a chilled glass. Top with soda water to taste and garnish elegantly with a lemon circle.
