  • Ground shipping orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour after the order has been placed by contacting TheDalmore@reservebar.com. If you have exceeded this hour, please contact our team for support.

  • If you have opened your bottle and there seems to be something wrong with the quality of the whisky, please contact TheDalmore@reservebar.com for support.

  • If you have not received your bottle or box in excellent condition, please contact TheDalmore@reservebar.com within 72 hours of your delivery.

    Please provide the team with the below information to help them identify any issues:

    • Name, email address and order number

    • Photos of the damaged item(s) including the bottle, inside packaging/packing materials, and outside packaging (if applicable)

    • Request for refund, discount (if damage did not affect taste/ability to enjoy) or replacement

    Refunds and returns cannot be processed for opened or consumed items.
