The Dalmore Portfolio series
The Portfolio Series pairs specially commissioned works of art with masterpieces of whisky making. We partner with V&A Dundee, Scotland's design museum to identify rising artistic talents. These artists then collaborate with The Dalmore to create masterpieces of design; the perfect accompaniment to these exceptional single malt whiskies.
This limited range will be available exclusively at Changi Airport from 1st to 30th September, and then in selected airports around the world.


In collaboration with V&A Dundee and artist GABRIELLA MARCELLA
In the second year of this collaboration with V&A Dundee, we have partnered with graphic artist Gabriella Marcella, Founder and Director of RISOTTO, Scotland’s leading risograph print and design studio. Known for bold and colourful prints, Gabriella focuses on creating joy with thought-provoking graphics.
As the inspiration for her abstract packaging designs for The Portfolio Series 2025 Gabriella drew on the intricate pattern of the Mackenzie tartan, long associated with The Dalmore through the Mackenzie brothers, The Dalmore’s historic owners.

Bordeaux Wine Cask Finish
Finished in casks from one of the oldest and most prestigious wine estates in Bordeaux. Its unique terroir of gravelly soil contributes to the wines’ complexity and elegance.
The Aroma
Lemon drizzle cake, Manuka honey, grape pulp, and Golden Delicious apple
On the Palate
Rich vanilla, citrus, and ripe fruit
Finishing Notes
Poached pear drenched in creamy custard

Chateauneuf-Du-Pape Wine Cask Finish
Finished in casks from vineyards on the stony soils of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Pink grapefruit, ginger and vanilla, with hints of marmalade, toffee apple, and raisins
On the Palate
Crushed almonds, sweet sultanas, fresh ginger, and soft liquorice

Poached pear and cranberries

Select Bordeaux Cabernet Sauvignon Cask Finish
Finished in casks from one of the world’s most iconic estates. Classified as a Premier Cru Classé, this honour is reserved for only the finest estates in the Bordeaux region.

Dark forest fruits, Seville oranges, liquorice and cedar wood
On the Palate
Blackcurrant, baked apples, demerara sugar, intertwined with warm dark cacao
Finishing Notes
Bergamot, passion fruit, baked brioche, and balanced wood spice
