Perfect Serves for Autumn

Our Global Specialist Craig Swindell has offered these inspired serves with The Dalmore this autumn.

Perfect Serves KAIII Neat

The Dalmore experience is yours to enjoy in whatever way brings you the most pleasure: neat, over ice, with a splash of water, or in a cocktail. Each approach unveils different aspects of our exceptional whisky. For those curious to explore new dimensions of flavour, our Global Specialist Craig Swindell has offered these inspired serves.

Port of Manhattan

This cocktail makes excellent use of the rich character of the The Dalmore Port Wood Reserve. This is a smooth Single Malt that matures in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, providing a warm base of vanilla and honey notes.

Maturation continues in aged Tawny Port pipes from our cask partners Graham’s Port Lodge in Portugal, giving delicious fruity finishing notes of rich plums, sultanas, Sanguinello blood oranges and, macerated cherries.
