A whisky of exceptional elegance, shaped over three and a half decades through the influence of rare Matusalem Oloroso Sherry casks and Colheita Port pipes. Rich layers of antique fruit, dark chocolate and warming spice unfold with remarkable harmony and poise. Presented in a bespoke hand-blown Baccarat decanter, adorned with a solid silver stag created by Hamilton & Inches.
This precious spirit is matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, Colheita Port pipes, and casks which have previously held 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso sherry, exclusively available to the whisky makers of The Dalmore. Finally these elements are brought back together to marry in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels. A wonderful whisky with a refined and elegant character, the distillery's house style enhanced and complemented through exquisite cask curation.
